This is not a charity. Part of our mission is to sustain and stabilize folks by providing enough food for several meals a day. We don’t want to treat hunger, we want to solve it.”

-Martin Colavito, Sullivan Fresh Community Cupboard Program Manager

Sullivan Fresh Community Cupboard

The Community Cupboard has provided enough food and prepared meals to make more than 250,000 free meals and personal necessities to folks in need from all walks of life, across Sullivan County since March 2020. Food is procured from farm and food producers in Sullivan County and the surrounding region, food pantries, and donors. They are nutritionally rounded by MyPlate standards and include healthy recipes and tips for safe food preparation and storage.
